When L’Oreal Paris decided to launch the Elvive haircare brand in Australia in 2007 they approached me directly to manage the design of the entire in-store launch campaign. Resulting from the strong relationship I had built in my position as account manager I worked closely with the brand manager, PR department and with direct input from the CEO.
From the pre-launch PR campaign to the permanent merchandising of the product, I led my team of industrial and graphic designers to design and produce innovative solutions that clearly segmented the many elements in the range, educated the consumer and drove sales for L’Oreal, exceeding their first year expectations. The successful launch led to more business from L’Oreal and the designs were not only profitable to manufacture, they also won multiple industry awards, raising the profile of the company.
